Our "charge card" system works just like a MasterCard or Visa. Simply, fill out a Business Trade Exchange sales slip, give the customer a copy, and send a copy to us. We credit the sellers account with "trade dollars" and debit the buyer's.

You can spend your trade dollars within the association, and you will never have to worry about bad debts because we guarantee every authorized transaction. Our computers track every transaction to insure that your account is accurate and up-to-date. Each month you will receive a statement listing your transactions for the month, current trade balance and year-to-date sales and purchases. Total annual sale are reported to the IRS each January as required by law.
